Non-native speakers (aka English as a Second Language or ESL) often have specific opportunities to improve the efficacy of their cross-cultural communication. Elevate offers a personalized 12-session course for non-native speakers that helps develop their confidence, clarity, and professional impact.
Elevate works with startup founders to help craft & hone their messaging and ability to connect with audiences. Founders often use this program before key events like fundraising, recruiting kickoffs, or public appearances (like podcasts).
After their initial program, Elevate clients often return to continue to develop their communication and leadership skills. These are generally 4-, 6-, or 8-session courses focused on 1-3 key areas of interest or need.
For companies who are investing in personalized communication training for multiple team members, Elevate offers group workshops as well as on-site training programs over 3 and 6 months.
